Yes. Hans Gas and Heating is licensed, insured and bonded, and all work is completed to code with permits handled where required.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
It depends on the age of the unit, the repair cost and how efficiently it runs. We’ll inspect it, explain what we find and give you honest options for both, so you can make the call.
Is a heat pump a good fit for my home?
For most Lower Mainland homes, yes. Our mild climate is ideal for heat pumps, which heat and cool from one system. We’ll assess your home and can pair one with your existing furnace if that makes more sense.
