What should I include in my request?
A short description of the problem or project, the age and type of your current equipment if you know it, and a few photos of the unit and its label. That helps us come prepared.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Along with homes, we handle heating, cooling, ventilation and gas work for small commercial spaces. Tell us about your space and we’ll take it from there.
Will I get a quote before work begins?
Always. You’ll receive a clear, written quote with your options explained before any work starts.
I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the building immediately without using switches or phones inside. From a safe distance, call FortisBC’s 24-hour emergency line or 911. Once it’s safe, we can help with repairs.
